A national law firm providing legal services to financial institutions seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney for their Florida team. This role is remote. There will be occasional appearances, so candidates must be able to attend occasional hearings in Florida. The Bankruptcy Attorney will defend lenders and creditors in litigated and contested bankruptcy matters. Position requires (a) 1+ years of chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy experience; (b) an active license to practice.
