We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support daily customer service activities and help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This role combines direct customer communication with coordination, follow-up, and administrative responsibilities.

The Customer Service Coordinator will help organize incoming requests, track outstanding needs, maintain accurate information, and work with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely assistance. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day customer service requests and follow-up activities
  
• Communicate with customers regarding questions, updates, and service needs
  
• Track incoming requests and help ensure appropriate follow-through
  
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, programs, and available resources
  
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outstanding items
  
• Coordinate customer needs with appropriate internal team members
  
• Monitor open requests and provide customers with relevant updates
  
• Assist with routine customer questions and determine when additional support is needed
  
• Help organize customer documentation, information, and service records
  
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
  
• Prepare customer information and support materials as needed
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring questions or service needs internally
  
• Support communication between customers and internal departments
  
• Assist with maintaining customer service processes and documentation
  
• Help identify opportunities to improve communication and service coordination
  
• Support customer-facing programs and company initiatives
  
• Assist with additional customer service projects as needed
  

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities
  
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
  
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and departments
  
• Ability to learn company products, services, systems, and procedures
  
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, client services, administrative coordination, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
