JOB PURPOSE:
Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data
integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Work independently under general
direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and
interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. This position is the primary point of contact for
all transactional issues and concerns from within the team, from employees, from managers, and from
HRBPs at the various entities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring accurate job, position, compensation, benefit, and payroll data for over 16,000
employees.
2. Respond to errors and processing adjustments by appropriately using correction level access to maintain
segregation of duties within the department.
3. Develop and maintain data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Maintain positive working relationships with other HR teams (Compensation, TAM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) to
ensure proper outcomes for issue resolution.
5. Lead testing efforts for system updates and patches to ensure the system continues to work effectively and the
changes do not have downstream impacts on data.
6. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures
information is available on a timely basis.
7. Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
8. Performs group data updates, exports, imports (knowledge of Excel to CI), clean-ups, and researches/reports on
any data discrepancies.
9. Conducts basic data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations,
and/or benefits data as needed.
10. Provide timely resolution to service requests.
11. Provide training to end users as required
12. Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of the HRIS system and make enhancement recommendations in
line with business needs.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
